Concerning the DOJ: I seen many interviews of DOJ officals and they all say they are not concerned with slapping MSFT on the wrist with some kind of fine, they are intent on breaking up the monopoly. I would not take the DOJ lightly, they they do not like MSFT's attitude, MSFT is smart and they are dumb. It's a toss up as to just what penality they will impose but for now the DOJ is creating uncertainty, and uncertainty has always been bad for the stocks I've tracked. Still, MSFT does have the good earnings.
Have a nice day
