Jon ---per my prospectus ---"If the stock split is approved by the stockholders , it will become effective upon the filing of a certificate of amendment of the restated certificate of incorporation with the secretary of state of the state of Delaware which is expected to be effective as the end of business on the date of the special meeting " . We do not received the certificates until December 30 or thereafter ---I personally hope it is December 20th --lower the price and it will entice more people to enter the stock ---heck 400 hundred dollars a share even sounds high to me BEST WISHES BILL
