I feel any price nok pays has to be considered a bargain for them since Q's handset division will fill a huge strategic hole in nok's product line.
Also today's china announcement has got to have them thinking this is a must do deal. I bet you they are visualizing the millions of new phones to be sold in china that won't be nok's. curious to know if the special meeting is in fact true and if it came out after the china announcement, if so, in my mind it's a done nok deal.

Could you tell me how is the fee structure based...is there a way to estimate the revenue to Q from the china deal?
