Amein -- We've often pondered that question on this board. (why the market is slow to "get" CMGI.) I think part of that equation is the lack of grasp of the CMGI synergy principle and an exasperating insistence upon basing value on the NAV of each public holding as a stand alone and some grabbag estimate of the private holdings. We still have trouble getting analysts to value CMGI as a whole enterprise, an "IPO factory" and a growing operating company with great market savvy. The past few weeks it is starting to look like we're getting some consideration. I spent some time yesterday reviewing all of the CMGI sites for each of its venture and operating companies. It is truly impressive, especially when it becomes clear just how CMGI has woven the operating companies together for maximum synergy. We'll have our day yet, although we haven't been doing all that badly.

Is earnings on 12/13 or 12/15? I thought 12/13. Also, from the proxy I got it looked to me like split was already figured in. I wish i still had it, but don't. Anybody else read it that way?

Last four splits were 2/1. On last two, stock rose to highs of 308 and 276 before the split and then dropped to equivalent 161 and 180 after the split.
