Sorry, second attempt, for my last post, fixed font won't
seem to shut off on SI.

Lest anyone think that a 22 year-old is singlehandedly
responsible for GBLX Venture investments.....

JDN I agree that I would not want a 22 year-old managing a
whole mutual fund, my point was merely that we should not discount
some of the people moving at the front edge of
this technology merely because of age.

Michael Cohen

Michael is responsible for the day to day operations of
Global Crossing Ventures, Inc., including origination,
execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Frontier Internet Ventures, Inc. (the
predecessor firm to Global Crossing Ventures) at it's
inception, Michael was an Investment Banker with CIBC
Oppenheimer's Technology Group in Menlo Park, CA. While
with CIBC Oppenheimer, he focused on mergers and leveraged
acquisitions, as well as both public and private offerings
of equity and debt. Prior to CIBC Oppenheimer, Michael was
a Senior Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. At KPMG,
Michael provided strategic financial advisory and
management consultancy services to clients in a variety of
industries.

Michael graduated with honors from Connecticut College with
a B.A. in International Political Economy.

Paul Santinelli

As vice president of technology and applications for
Frontier GlobalCenter, Paul Santinelli is responsible for
the vision of data and Internet applications and services
that will lead Frontier Communications' global Internet
strategy.

Prior to Paul's appointment as vice president of Frontier
GlobalCenter, he was vice president of Technology
Solutions' Strategic Marketing Group in San Jose, CA. The
group focused on providing start-up companies with
marketing and business direction, as well as being the
relationship broker with partners and the venture capital
community. In 1996, Santinelli joined Narrative
Communications and helped develop the industry leading,
streaming Internet advertising format, Enliven. During the
past 8 years, he has held various product management and
marketing positions in the enterprise and desktop software
arena with a host of companies including Lotus Development
Corporation and Compuware Corporation.
Currently, he appears as a regular "industry pundit" on
ZDTV's Silicon Spin and often
Paul has gained extensive experience providing vision and
leading companies in the software and Internet sector over
the last decade. speaks at industry conferences on the
topics of streaming media, bandwidth and E-Commerce.
Santinelli holds a B.S. in Business and Organizational
Communication from Emerson College in Boston.

In his spare time, Paul is a co-author of Spot On, a
monthly column offering perspective, new thoughts, and
trends relevant to communications, technology strategy,
the Internet, and their impact on society. More
