Marty: What exactly was the purpose of the lawsuit URL. BTW it is floundering. However, that isn't important. I recall the company stating they were not inclined to sue posters. I believe that is fresh in folks memory. One might consider the disclosure involved. Acts of desperation, such as posting lawsuit URLs really take away from anything the company may have to offer.

Why don't you as a man of knowledge post some of references that you know for a fact to be untrue. False and malicious.

Note Suzanne's latest post. It appears to be a righteous question.

Do you think the company was maligned? If so I agree. Seek legal recourse.

However, the threads seems to think they operate in a vacuum and to put down the latest critic is a win. Not so. It just is a discussion.

There are many influences. The most important being flawed "investment banking", sorry to use the terms. The actual performance of the company. The perception of the public. The vultures that see blood.

It seems the company makes continuing toxic financing. That is contrary to healthy stock price. At all times. No exceptions. With a stock that is floundering, it is suicidal. Suzanne makes the point well.

You shouldn't talk of the Coke deal. There is no Coke deal, is there? There may be a proposition made to Coke. I don't believe we have seen a deal. Don't you think Coke will take a look at this company and wonder if they make a deal that the people trusting their name may hold worthless CD promises?

They have much to consider before they make a deal with a company like this.

BTW I suppose you have all seen the CD Now commercials with Alana Morrisette and all the professional graphics. Compare that to what you folks are investing in.

Hope and more hope. Facts are this company doesn't actually do very much, does it? They dilute well. What have they diluted? Your shares. They can have as many as they like. REW ??? Yep...he is just an investor.

<<Interesting reading... especially for the bashers:>>

Why?

In my experience, the so called "bashers" have been subject to much more venomous attacks from longs than the bashers ever made about the company and company longs.
