Not much time left for tax-loss selling, perhaps the small investor could do some selling, but the big funds have typically already finished that by now.

I'm think that is used to cover elective plastic surgery, but Conges amended the law a few years back to eliminate this. Ask your eye-care or plastic surgeon for more information.

Make certain on this coverage by checking with your benefits administrator. My PRK was covered under my Medical savings account but I'm less sure about purely cosmetic surgery. You might also wish to time the expenses at the end of one period and the beginning of the next one to get every thing done pretty much at once and have the plan pay it at those times.
