Yeah, I'm concerned about the amount of stock options, and agree that it really is absurd. I wish that there were a chance to vote against them on the 10-K, but there wasn't; I did cast a protest vote against retaining the 3 board members, and would encourage anyone who is concerned about the options to do the same...

I admire Cotsakos a great deal, but I can't help but believe that his salary w/options is excessively greedy.

Well did all I could do - I voted against the item to increase shares available for the Stock Incentive Plan. What you said about mutual funds voting is true, but Internet companies have a large portion of retail investors and maybe us small guys can finally exert some pressure on greedy management, though I am not holding my breath. It would be nice if a few people attending the annual meeting raised some concerns on this issue!!

This is why I trade stocks like EGRP instead of investing in them.
