I don't think it's an imbalance at all. They're just investing in a strong US economy. That money can stay here for a long time.

The US stock market is a lot more stable than the bears give it credit for. It is big, very liquid, and financed mostly by long-term money.

It's important to keep perspective. Every data point that comes along doesn't mean that investors are going to abandon their investment objectives. Just because we constantly traffic in new notions or new data on this thread doesn't mean that the rest of the world reacts to them.
