We had a weird case involving children here not long ago. A school janitor was found to have a Hustler magazine in his locker during a search. He was arrested for having smut on school grounds. His home was searched and nothing else was found but his wife was taken in for questioning. After 6 hours of questioning the wife got to call her brother who called a lawyer. Lawyer finally got her cut loose at 2am. Child services told the woman's brother that since he had called the lawyer they now had a no knock warrant on his house. He's now moved out of the county.
