I don't normally overweight in any
stock or sector, but CNQR and BINC
are the only two exceptions.

Were CNQR to IPO tomorrow, it would
be afforded the same valuation as an
ARBA or CMRC. It has been compared
favorably to both and will some day
be given the valuation it deserves.

That said, I would not hesitate to
cut half the position at 30 and another
quarter at 28. I think the fact that
100 funds now hold CNQR vs only 61 funds
2 months ago is very telling.
