Thanks Christine, well I doubt I will do anything near term about this house dilemma. I work with those dot com companies in Soma so I'm interested is SF's housing dilemma professionally as well as personally.

Yes, drive by shootings are the sign of a bad neighborhood - on that we agree!

Its incredibly dangerous in Soma where these new companies are after dark. I really think someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed one day, since like all startups sometimes people stay until 2am. And that train station is an accident waiting to happen too.
