Try this step next:
Hardware Conflicts
To resolve hardware conflicts, follow these steps:
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

Double-click System, and then click the Device Manager tab.

Double-click any device that contains a yellow exclamation point or red X.

Click to check the Disable This Device check box, and then click OK. Repeat steps 3-4 for each device that contains a yellow exclamation point or red X.

Hi Frank, adding to bluejeans thoughts, I THINK THE 5
PCI slots, some are ,Bus Mastering, ie: using the same IRQ. Try switching the Video card to each of the other PCI slots. Or try moving the Modem to another slot.

Dunno'

ps; try moving modem first. No conflict betweeen video cards. Modem & PCI video card must be sharing same IRQ.???
