Timelines: >From the march press release>"The Company is in consultation with European and U.S. regulatory authorities about its filings to both agencies. Once enrollment is complete there will be a 90-day follow-up period on the last patients enrolled before results are available and analysis can begin. Trial ends in May> 90 days from may is august. >inferred>results are available & met with fda. Note:(and analysis can begin) (it did)(independant) >november 11th release>analysis sent to fda. Thats where we are now. This seems to be the plan dating from at least march 99. IMO, to announce results in august PRIOR to analysis (in a complex trial) would be foolish. Also to announce results of analysis PRIOR to fda review would be unwise. My point> I am not saying that results are positive or negative, only that they are pretty much adhering to game plan. IMO thats something to keep in mind. StandardK disclaimers always. All worthless IMO.
