Sunday December 12, 8:37 pm Eastern Time CCT hires adviser on Nasdaq listing HONG KONG, Dec 13 (Reuters) - CCT Telecom Holdings Ltd said on Monday it has hired an investment bank to advise on its proposed Nasdaq listing of HKNet Co Ltd. The company made the announcement in a published statement following press reports on the proposed spinoff, pushing its shares to a 26-month high. CCT Telecom said it had not yet formally applied for a Nasdaq listing. HKNet is 51 percent owned by CCT and 49 percent by Japan's Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp .
