For all the reasons I have mentioned. Maxtor was a pick but was jettisoned along with RDRT several months ago as I just could not see light at the end of the tunnel. I have been steadily accumulating Seagate because I think they will emerge earlier and because they have a healthy balance sheet. I have not purchased any SEG since 31 and change. Maxtor may well be a play now for the adventurous as it is fairly common talk that the company is being shopped. In my old age I am feeling less then adventurous. Best, Stitch
