If any one care to, check out HUMC... Have a small position... They play in the BI, DM and connectivity sector.. Here is one take on why they may have room to move up from here....

I can't get excited about semis, either.

They're definately not buy and hold
stocks if you look at their long term
charts.

I may pick up some more FORTY to fill
my position since the value of their
MGIC holdings and cash exceeds their
mkt cap. FORTY might be the all time
steal right here.

MMKR - I like the niche market they are in, check this out (11/1):

quote.bloomberg.com

"Maker Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:MAKR) - the leading supplier of High-Intensity Communications Processors(TM) - today announced the MXT5100 Edge Stream Processor (ESP) family of network processors targeted at the growing market for multi-service Wide Area Network (WAN) edge equipment. The MXT5100 ESP family along with the new EdgeMaker software application provides systems vendors with core building blocks for rapidly developing customer premise and carrier network equipment that supports integrated voice and data services over IP, Frame Relay and ATM using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) or xDSL connections."

It is more than a chip company, it is software on chips, a VoIP play, enhancing WAN applications for future wireless connections.

That is enough, for now. Wait till the next earning report, it will fly then, if not now.

In meeting all day today, don't plan to do anything today. Have a good day all.
