Didn't Voicestream's Cook Inlet unit buy the Pocket licenses in Chicago and Dallas in a 1999 FCC re-auction? If it did, it is not entirely true that the FCC got nothing - they got to re-sell the Pocket licenses. Let me know if I am wrong about this. It seems that Nextwave is copying the GWI (another C) bankruptcy moves but I don't understand why they have not had the same level of success. Will this all end in another re-auction?

There were UCC financing statements. I posted that information some time ago. Read the bankruptcy court or district court opinions.
