Think about what you write before hitting that "publish" key.

1) The bid was made public a few months ago in a Robbie Stephens research report. And I think it was pretty well discussed here. So your "good source" doesn't have any informational edge that anyone even casually following this company isn't aware of.

2) As for your VIA -> Vulcan scenario: you state that "old S3 shares would be gone and receive nothing." This in a sentence right after the one in which you state "shareholders would snap at an offer of $14-16." Those two points are contradictory. Either the shareholders would get $14+, or they would get nothing. What point are you trying to make?
