For those who don't do pdf:
Euro909.com
is a leading
European
Internet
solutions
integrator.
Company Overview
Euro909.com, formed in 1986, is a Danish holding company that operates as an Internet solutions integrator, or ISP, and
in telecommunications and entertainment. The Company provides a host of services and products to businesses and
consumers in Denmark, Scandinavia, the UK and throughout Europe. Euro909.com provides products and services
ranging from domain name registration, e-commerce, website design and hosting, Internet access, business and con-sumer
email services, cable TV programming, print and online media content, local national, international and cellular
telephony and a wide variety of other communications services. In October 1999, Euro909.com acquired 68.4% of DK
4, a cultural, educational and informational cable TV channel on the Tele Danmark cable network.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION. Euro909.com began registering domain names for its customers in October
1996, and today it is one of the largest domain name registrars in Europe. (In fact, according to Network Solutions,
Euro909.com is currently its second largest European partner selling Network Solutions? products.) In addition, recent
changes in the administration of the registration of top-level domain names means that Euro909.com will be one of
only 34 companies worldwide able to enter this important new marketplace.

E-COMMERCE. Euro909.com successfully launched its first e-commerce website with the CD-music shop found on
www.909shop.dk. The shop currently features guaranteed overnight delivery. And Euro909.com customers can benefit
from the ease and convenience of online credit card transactions because of a recent agreement with VISA/DANKORT,
Denmark?s largest credit card system. In seeking to further penetrate the e-commerce market, Euro909.com plans to
implement an ?Internet shopping mall? strategy. This concept will allow local, national and international organizations
and individuals to easily and simply display and sell their products in a virtual shopping center environment to cus-tomers
in Scandinavia and around the world and will provide a convenient way to shop online.

INQUIRY SERVICES. Given Euro909.com?s historical roots in telephone directories and directory assistance, as well
as the recent advent of its online services, the company plans to continue to expand distribution for its directory and
contact information into the online world. Currently, Euro909.com?s databases offer customers easy, cost-effective
access to contact information to more than 3.2 million Danish households.

INTERNET ACCESS. Euro909.com is also an Internet Service Provider. As an ISP, Euro909.com plays a critical role
for many of its customers, both corporate and individual, by providing them round-the-clock, 24/7 access to the Internet
and to its e-mail services. Critical to these Euro909.com services are its long-standing relationship with MCI Worldcom
and its recent agreements with MCI Worldcom subsidiary UUNET. In the UUNET relationship, Euro909.com is able to
either co-locate its Web servers within UUNET facilities (just as in the US) or it can utilize surplus UUNET server
space on an ?as needed? basis to handle peak traffic and business needs.

WEB HOSTING AND DESIGN. Euro909.com has also entered the business of designing and hosting Web sites.
Through its partnership with UUNET, Euro909.com is presently hosting more than 1,000 Web sites on the Internet for
its customers?a practice that is still relatively new for most Scandinavian companies. The outsourcing of this technical
operation allows non-technical companies to focus on their core competencies without having to worry about the relat-ed
technology issues.

TELECOM. Following the deregulation of the telecommunications marketplace in Denmark in 1997, Euro909.com
began offering international telephony services through an agreement with MCI Worldcom. Euro909.com then expand-ed
its telephony offerings in 1998 into the cellular marketplace through an agreement with TeleDanmark Mobile, giving
Euro909.com?s customers access to both national and international cellular services. Today, Euro909.com offers its cus-tomers
access to an entire suite of international, national, regional, local and cellular telephony products and services.

Financial Performance
For the quarter ended June 30, 1999, Euro909.com?s net operating losses decreased by 54% to US$530,000 from more
than US$1.1 million during second quarter 1998. General and administrative expenses declined by 19% to approxi-mately
US$560,000 in the second quarter 1999 from approximately US$700,000 in the second quarter 1998. The cost
of sales rose 11% to just over US$1.1 million during the second quarter 1999 from approximately US$1 million during
the second quarter 1998, which the company attributed to its change in emphasis towards Internet-related products and
services. Sales and marketing costs grew 7% to approximately US$1.3 million for the second quarter 1999, as com-pared
to approximately US$1.2 million for the second quarter 1998.
