Rick, I posed that as an open question which is to be answered in the next few months (I expect). The L.P. does seem to make, ok lets say "odd" moves. On April 22 they sold a 7% position in CIMA labs as it hit all time lows under $3. It was reported in May 13G. Once that was out of the way CIMA stock has skyrocketed without looking back, making investors like myself 250+% gains. BVF missed a huge gain. So, perhaps their exit out of NPSP should not be viewed as a positive. P.S. I'm all for BVF buying more KDUS for $5. I expect everyone is waiting for the patent ruling...next year ?
