Homee what do you know about Go2Net's relationship with DirectWeb and Dennis Cline...he is a GNET director and their company has a sort of free ISP and I found this comment about GNET over on their website...

also for some reason perhaps wanting money he sold a bunch of gnet in November......how and why did he get all those shares in the first place??????

Go2Net Director Cline Sold 60,000 Shares In Mid-November (GNET)

(NewsTraders.com)-- Go2Net Inc. (GNET) director Dennis Cline sold 60,000 shares of the Web
community operator in mid-November, according to a Form 4 document released Friday by the SEC.

Cline pocketed nearly $4.4 million in proceeds from the sales, which occurred on Nov. 15 and Nov. 16 at
prices of $73.00 and $73.50 a share.

At month's end, the director continued to hold 118,810 shares directly.
