WAVT @ 5 3/8 .. here's why ..

This was a dayinvestor.com pick from Thursday
@ 4.50 - 4.75 .. The stock opened Friday
@ 8.75 ran to 12.50 and closed @ 6.00 with a
volume of 5,336,600 shs ... more than twice the
float ..

On closer inspection this company IMHO is
sort of a LINUX plumbing play .. If the Linux
bulls are correct in that Linux will make inroads
on UNIX/NT/ etc then it stands to reason that there
will be large demand for technical certification
for IT personnel .. which is what WAVT does ..

WAVT

4.15 mm shs/2.20 mm shs float
Revenues = 37.7 mm
Market Cap @ 6 = 25 mm

Wave Technologies could see a goldrush in training for the Linux craze. Information technology (IT) professionals in search of training are surfing their way to computer training specialist Wave Technologies International. The company's Camp Wave IT training boot camps are its fastest-growing courses. In addition to live instruction, the company offers instructional publications (more than 50% of revenue), self-study courses, Internet courses, training videos, and computer-based training. Wave offers certification and training in products offered by vendors such as 3Com, Caldera, IBM, Microsoft, Novell, and VA Linux Systems. The company has more than a dozen training centers across the US and the UK.
