announced a strategic alliance, positioning Entertainment Boulevard as
the exclusive online music video and movie trailer provider to
iTurf.com.

Under terms of the agreement, which includes advertising and e-commerce
revenue sharing, Entertainment Boulevard will create and host
co-branded pop-up music video and movie trailer players, accessible
from the flagship site of the iTurf network, iTurf.com. The pop-up
players, available upon the official launch of iTurf, scheduled for
early 2000, will offer selections from one of the largest libraries of
music videos and movie trailers on the Web. This will enable iTurf.com
users to select and view Entertainment Boulevard's streaming media
while browsing iTurf's site. All of the streaming content is broadcast
at speeds of up to 300K.
