E-Connect to Continue Stock
Buy-Back Program

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 1999--E-Connect, a reporting company (OTC BB:ECNC - news), today announces that as of Friday Dec. 10, it has bought in excess of 1,500,000 shares in the open market.

Those shares will be taken out of the public float and put into certificate form.

E-Connect will expend up to an additional $750,000.00 to buy back shares in the open market to repurchase its shares. Tom Hughes, CEO of E-Connect stated, ``I feel that the price of our shares is tremendously undervalued and we are looking at all alternatives to increase shareholder value. I certainly have all the confidence in the world in E-Connect and I am looking to establish that same confidence in the investment community and among both individual investors and institutional investors.'

The additional buyback program is to commence immediately.
