Frank, no, that was the problem....they came in below the consensus estimates for 2 quarters in a row without warning. The first time they were able to get out of it by promising a great second half. The second time is when the stock started its current downtrend.

That's why I don't think intc mgmt would be stupid enough to not make the consensus estimate this quarter...in fact they almost have to...this time even a prewarning would not be good enough and would cause the stock to plummet.
