The last two changes from Pru with both two level moves, Accumulate to Strong Buy on 7/6/99; Strong Buy to Accumulate on 11/20/98.

Here is some history of Prudential's record on Intel recommendations:

7/6/99 acc sb 64 8 run began at 50 in June, missed 14 pts.
11/20/98 sb acc 56 8 ran to 70, missed 14 points.
