I'm not a great TA guy, but here's my thoughts:

Looks like minor support at 70, which also is close to the 200 day moving average. Intel doesn't respect the 200 dma as some stock do, it seems to move right through it. Next support looks to be 65, much stronger.

It's expiration week for options, and to make the most contracts expire worthless, it looks to me like it should close around $75. this Friday.

Intel usually moves up into earning release. That move would be 2 to 3 weeks away, if it occurs at all.
