WHIT-shareholders don't like it they're down -21 now and I believe the deal was .85 WHIT for every USWB.

CNQR news just out on its IR Web site -- I don't yet see it on the free news services. Alliance with NT. This is in addition to last week's important KPMG (which means CSCO) announcement. Recall also that AXP is a significant CNQR shareholder. Implication is that CNQR continues to build alliances that will help it get its eWorkplace suite in front of decision-makers at major companies.

USWB - apparently the Street don't like it too well... I only have 200 sh left on it so I'll be looking for entry once it settles in a few days... could be good in the long run but who knows really?

PS: Of course there are a lot of people disappointed with the news, they were hoping for a buyout, instead they get an acquisition. :))
