It is probably a situation where someone is selling a small block, say 50 shares, on Vancouver at $1.00 and someone else wants to buy in excess of that block, say 1000 shares, on Toronto.

IZP is traded very thinly on the Vancouver. It is not uncommon to see great disparity between the bid and the ask. I expect we will see IZP delisted from Vancouver exchange at some future date.
