Yes she keeps every penny... It can only be use for political functions.. She can travel with it. She can hire anybody to do "Research." If she wants to run in Illinois or Arkansas she can use the money there.

Carolyn, it must be used for her Senate run if you stipulate it.

Now you know why the Republicans won't let campaign finance reform even come to the floor for a vote. When they leave office the money is theirs.

The Dems win on this issue by default.
Bush said yesterday campaign finance reform would help Dems.
I guess he means that the money thrawts the will of the majority of the people and that is good(status quo) for those who don't want that.
