SBAS - I have seen others like Tim Luke talk about taking profits and moving on. Manias often don't last more than a couple of days. At a minimum I would have a 10% trailing stop. If it trips, cash out and move on.

You can always buy back a great stock a bit higher. You usually can't get back lost paper profits in a pump and dump.
