investors don't realize President Clinton will sign Electronic Signature Bill into law in Jan. 2000[already passed senate & house]this is big and also globally

CLASSIC CHART FOR A BTTT TRADE:

Note the divergence between price and Stochastics: price low gets high while Stoch. low gets lower. That is the mark of trend continuance.
