Steve, i have read this already...and i agree with the conclusions. either stocks crash, or rates are heading much higher. the current liquidity splurge is basically ensuring run-away inflation - except in the case of a crash. however, the bubble may do one last spurt before it is over...the that's the fiendish thing about it - no-one can tell for sure how long it'll last.
