Now that Cisco has a router which can work at OC-192c datastreams, this router should stimulate sales of OC-192 DWDM. Nortel has 90% market share of OC-192 DWDM so the Cisco router may have the unintended effect of stimulating Nortel sales.

One would expect such breakthrough to be rewarded with significant upside move; yet stock has been down all morning following the announcement. Does street not appreciate significance of this announcement, I wonder? Is this a good time to short JNPR? Thanks.
