Zeev,

VLNC's hype factor is a positive for trading purposes. For long term growth, its management's credibility problem and balance sheet make VLNC inferior in a rising technology market.

<<Since the market is so generous relative to forward looking PSR's sometime next year a PSR of 3 on 2001 sales hopes of $250 MM justifies a higher price.>>

Zeev, when you consider the fact that the current number of fully-diluted number shares is about 37.7 million, the stock is valued at 3X 2001 hypothetical sales of $250 million at a price of $20. So we've already seen this level of market genorousity, based on $17 million worth of orders.

Assuming $250 million of sales in 2001 seems a bit optimistic, given the current unproven run rate is $40 million, the CEO did not expect an $80 million run rate until late this year, and the $250 million was simply mentioned for "the following year." Not January 1 of the following year. But hey, given the way practically every story stock is running up lately, why not assume 4X 2001 hypothetical sales? That would get us to $27:-)
