If it was NOK, and if it is going to happen quite soon, wouldn't both sides have pushed the envelope a little faster so it could be announced at NOK shareholder meeting?

The key meeting per an earlier post was supposed to be a NOK Board meeting held before or after shareholder meeting. If accurate, do not think one had to have anything to do with the other. That is Board could have been voting on handset division purchase.

Also, I would think QCOM is in control of when the sale is announced and its stockholders' meeting is next Monday.

I am still betting on NOK with announcement by next Monday.

P.S. Does everyone remember how WSJ broke the QCOM-ERICY infrastructure deal before it was officially announced? Will be watching the WSJ with interest beginning tomorrow morning.
