Buying drillers/service again here on NG price strength.

This is irrational - as was the E&P retrace to 6 year multiple lows - into the face of combined 6 year commodity highs...

Buying PETN UTI FLC - waiting on RIG - may nibble, but the SLB selloff looks ominous - may be able to catch a real gift, but nibbling here on down; waiting on ESV - if I do not see the low $17's - I stay with FLC for my jackup driller. GLBL a gift off of the HOFF news, I buy SII sub $38 1/2, need CAM WFT a bit lower, OII NOI PGO VTS are buys... this is another anomaly buying opp imho; NG is firming here and the Jackup drillers retrace off of their fundamentals finally really showing a turn ? - buy it.

FLC also is the sleeper, they have more cold stacked jackups to bring to the GOM - after the relocation coming from intnl waters gets absorbed. FLC is THE play here & only RIG sub $22 becomes a better buy.NBR at $22ish is also a must own.

Buying & loading here will prove very profitable when the cold snap hits & if we potentially see NG rally thru $2.60's...

It's Nike Time ...

just do it.

PS... on the lg cap vs. small cap arguement in E&P land;

what were they thinking ?

TMR MEXP RRC EEE all down today with BR APA APC NBL EOG PXD OEI UPR all breaking out. This will be an institutional mo-mo move to the large caps; buy the laggard small caps "AFTER" the initial lg cap breakout stalls - take some profits & rotate to the small names at that time; not before.... maybe CRK is the exception off of drilling news & institutional support.
