Cha2, rehashing ausdauer's presentation won't establish sndk as a Gorilla or a King. The consensus following it was that it was a (dreaded word) SP. It was only added to the W&W as a tribute to his fine presentation. Sndk is far from the leader in flash memory. What they have is a proprietary FORM FACTOR and some degree of integration of function related to their specific end market. Their end market, as Ausdauer's acknowledged, is still on the far side of the Chasm. Cha2, if you are the one calling sndk (or cnxt or any other company) a Gorilla or King, it is your responsibility to your threadmates to back up your contention with FACT. Otherwise, you are making a mockery of the whole nomination process. I hate to sound curmudgeonly, but I would hate it more if this thread degenerated into a cheerleading site. uf
