I think the "risk" associated with MNTX can be illustrated by todays trading. LUMM is down 5 1/2US to 31 1/2. MNTX is down from $1.85 to $1.60 in sympathy. However, PICA is up .20c to $3.55 why? Because of its increase in VGIN stock offsets loses in its LUMM stock somewhat.

VGIN is now $23.00 up from $18.00 a couple of days ago.

Again, this does not insinuate that MNTX is a "risky investment", not at all, it is as you say, a LUMM warrant" and will fluctuate with the price of LUMM.

Just as a point for "possible new investors" buying on the NASDAQ OTC BB because they also want to own RAW shares of LUMM.

Look at the following trades that took place on LUMM on the 10th (Friday). Here is the Lesson . NEVER, NEVER, NEVER put in a market buy on the NASDAQ OTC BB... the person that bought 200 at the market paid a "market maker" (MM) an extra $1600US for his eagerness! These are the actual recorded buys on LUMM at open.
