I was there (searching the M$ site) a few months ahead of whomever posted those job links on LinuxToday. All three of those postings are MONTHS old. Apparently, nobody has taken M$ up on the offer. That's pretty telling. There aren't many moving vans driving north to Redmond these days. -JCJ
