paul- my concerns go for a lot of people
if customer support was easy to speak to people would not
sit on the phone for 30 minutes...
i have spoken to rod covlin many times and everyday it is something new,right now he is just flat out not taking my call because he ran out of excuses..do not blame him...

BARRY'S P.R ABOUT NEWS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKERS- IS THE MEAN THAT WAIT TIME GOES FROM 38 MINUTES TO 33..
at the bell your system flat out stinks..useless...pre-market orders get lost and everyday it is either accident,herzog crashed,or something else...it is scary holding stocks overnight...you are looking for spokes people to lie about your service on a t.v ad..
you guys spoiled me in the beginning,but now your greed is going
too fast for what you can handle...i stay on hold for 30 minutes
and just hung up from 4;15 to 4;45 just to ask maura if she received
something...B.S
SUGGESTION- stop going after new business and startr taking care of what you got..my p.m box is filled with more complaints about your service than your and i d o not get paid..

I AND EVERYONE HERE WANTS A BROKER THAT THEY CAN REACH LIVE..
I LIKE THE JAVA CONCEPT AND SOON AS I FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THEIR STOCK PRICE I AM GONE,AND LET US SEE WHAT KIND OF WEIGHT AND VOLUME I TAKE WITH ME..

I have called till I'm blue in the face, today I started my email and fax campaign. Tomorrow If I don't hear from someone at MyTrack on my trade dispute from Last Thursday I will post my sorry story all over and submit it to the SEC. I should be able to talk to someone, and wasting my time on hold and trying to get answers and instead it is pass the buck or hold one minute "YEH RIGHT more like 40 minutes" Then when I get an answer and then trade on that answer then find out I was lied too is not my idea of how to run a business. AB Watley is offering some new services, and I hear they answer the phone!

Hey PEWD what is with you guys? You have clients that haven't been able to connect to the servers since yesterday's market close, or cannot even
get to the MyTrack.com website either.... We have a volatile day ahead, traders with open positions,
and you people can't take the time to e-mail anyone to allay fears
as to what's going on? Obviously you are working on the problem, but to leave people in the dark, is rediculous. E-mails are free , and could be used to keep people advised of what you are doing about the situation.
People use them all the time on the world wide web. Try using them next time, it wouldn't hurt. MyTrack has been getting bad --->to worse. Is this what you call success?

You could also try posting here on SI, next time you are down for hours, that doesn't cost much either!

I'll PM you with My phone # and user Id (useless if I can't connect to MyTrack in the first place) and if the servers are not up by tomorrow , or brokers cannot be reached by phone (as usual) It will be my last day, and as many others as i can convince to, avoid MyTrade at all costs!

This is totally ------> INEXCUSABLE! period.

Still cannot connect to MyTrack server or to website for over 12 hrs! Wonderful time to start the "road-construction", right in the middle of the busiest time of the commute....

hope someone is reachable on the phones today! ....but I won't get my hopes up. What a fiasco. No E-mails or details--> My last week with MyTrack, this company is for juveniles.
