DELL 10-Q out this afternoon.

On initial reading one thing stood out to me:

At October 29, 1999, the Company held equity options that entitled it to purchase 52 million of those additional shares of common stock at various times through the third quarter of fiscal 2002 at an average cost of $45 per share.

This is the first time I can remember in a long, long time that the average cost of the options per share was in excess of the market price.
