Thanks. I was hoping that they would bump the price range to $16 to $18 per share and price the deal at $20. My guess is that they price it at $18.

Like yourself, I consider myself to be a value investor, though the concept of "value" has become somewhat relative this last year. Depending on where MMWW ends up prior to the XPDR IPO, I may retain a portion of my position. I accumulated my position at an average of $19 per share, so I have a bit of a cushion.

Given the recent performance of DZTK and HNCS, it may be that investors are growing more sophisticated about pre-IPO valuations, particularly when a spin off is planned. Maybe the discounts will start to narrow.
