How can you be such a fool? The Chinese leap frogged their missile development 10 years. They have exact duplicates of our best technology. They've aimed them at us. They are threatening us with them. It all happened on Clinton's watch. What in the hell do you think a chief executive first priority is supposed to be? How can you come to any other conclusion than he FAILED?!?!?!

How do you think the Chinese got a read out for EVERY single weapon in the US nuclear arsenal?
