I am quite concerned about you, and would feel more comfortable if you would equip yourself with one of those lifesaving devices they use to advertise. In case of a fall, you could press the button and say, "Help! I have fallen and cannot get up!" My mother-in-law had one of those years ago. The poor dear could not think to press the button after a fall. Unfortunately no one could ever respond quickly, as her call was never received. Either that, or it's because I removed the batteries from the unit. Just kidding! She was a sweet old sole and I miss her. Especially her cooking! Be careful on that treadmill!
