Amen to that. I managed to keep 3/4 of my core holdings but my traders are all long gone. Thanks to CKFR and other some good gains I've reached my main financial goal and am mostly pulling out of the market for a breather. The net worth line has gone straight up this year and it would break my heart to see it all go up in smoke right after I got to where I've been aiming at for so long. I am however, going to hang on to that CKFR core just because I'm addicted and it's way too much fun to have something in the market to watch. When the PEs on the market indices get back to something reasonable I'll be back in force. At the moment all I can think of is "Japan, 1990". Couple of duplex 9's baggers did it for me. I have a trading account at NetB@nk...back in November I got all new paperwork to sign because they were switching something in the brokerage service...since I'm 100% cash in that account and haven't filled out the paper work...I don't have a login ID or Pasword to trade. So I can't buy even if I get tempted without waiting a few days to a week. Only shares I still carry are in my IRA, and when it travels like it did today..well? We're cash in all our other pensions and joint account also... And Just in case you are wondering, yea it hurts...just for now though....for I'm telling you the shit is going to hit the fan in this market and take many, many, many, many folks out....that's what spikes are for. Looking at this chart, I know what this all is...Bullshit...IMO.askresearch.com The only thing is that busts a multi-year trading pattern in the Nasdaq...and exchanges it for a cluster fuck. I argue that it was not CKFR that got discovered, but the InterNUT. Not that like Rob C. didn't say, that CKFR could go $75 a day for 2 days in a row like NTBK did...I know it can..I did that one this year too. I have just enough left of this that that would work out OK. But FWIW, NTBK didn't hold it and is now at 25 cents to the dollar of the high. Brooks, don't dismiss Spectrum, like Integrion...MO. IBM does not equal SUN+NSCP...it's less then. ie IBM lacked the "Tools", whereas those are tools.
