Ken,

I consider that to be a good trade, both for technical and for fundamental reasons. BAMM is linked with WMT in a trade agreement, but so far only rumors have been circulating. The news has yet to be officially launched. It was planned to be made public at last month's earnings (which were good for BAMM), but the selloff after the news, I think, made the co. cautious. Potential buyout price has been set at $23 per share! It is possible, in other words, that BAMM will be the next AMZN...

The volume spikes are usually associated with rumors, but there were none going around yesterday that I saw. My guess is that there is a lot of trading going by people in the know. Even the checkout clerks at my local Wal-Mart superstore have been buying BAMM...

I'm in at 11 and 9.5625 so not sitting much better than you are.

TC.
