They got 150,000 shares like all the rest of the Integrion Members.

Look also in addition at the other Integrion Members(via Spectrum) and what they are doing...ie take the 150 Million freebee and are still to this day trying to screw over checkfree for control of bill dilivery. CKRF should have bent them over 2 years ago...prior to y2k window for Banks instead of giving up shares. They'd had a 3 year head start with portals and it would have been over already.
