New Zenith bond appears to have a market value of $199.99

On 12/15/99, Schwab got around to issuing a payment for the 83.0917% of a new Zenith $1000 face value bond I was due (Since bonds are issued in only $1000 face value amounts, I was due the value of my factional bond - see post 6467 for details). The payment came to $166.18. That would seem to indicate the new Zenith bond has a value of $199.99 (166.18 divided by .830917)
